So, what type of exercises should you be doing to get rid of your man boobs? There are some misconceptions here and some that may actually be working against you. Sometimes just working out can make your chest look bigger or even fatter. Below are two exercises that will help you move towards getting rid of your man boobs.
1. Interval Training
Interval training is such a powerful way to shape your body. So many people think they can just run everyday or lift weights everyday and they’ll get into shape. While this may be true for some, we’re all different and we all have to find what works for us. If you’re suffering from gynecomastia, interval training will work for you. 2. Rowing
That’s right, rowing, as in, rowing a boat. There are rowing machines at the gym, or you can actually go out on the water, if you have a boat. Not only will you burn fat and build muscle, you’ll become one with nature. This is a type of therapy and exercise for you chest muscles. I highly recommend it.
You can come through this and build a great body. Don’t feel like you can’t do these simple exercises to lose man boobs. Not only will you look and feel better, you’ll be healthier, have more confidence, and you’ll be able to take your shirt off whenever you please (I recommend you do it on a less than Matthew M. basis).
